The Amazing Spider-Man will relaunch Marvel's iconic webslinger with Andrew Garfield stepping into Tobey Maguire's superhero role.
Marc Webb's comic book adaptation delves back into the origins of Peter Parker to focus on his romance with first love Gwen Stacy (Emma Stone). Rhys Ifans, Denis Leary, Martin Sheen, Sally Field and Irrfan Khan round out the cast.
The Amazing Spider-Man will open in cinemas on July 3, 2012.
