Bryan Cranston in talks for 'World War Z'

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Breaking Bad star is in line for a "small but flashy" role in the Marc Forster-directed project.
World War Z is based on Max Brooks's novel, set ten years after a zombie outbreak overtakes the planet.
The film features an ensemble cast including Brad Pitt, Game of Thrones actor Elyes Gabel, The Killing star Mireille Enos, James Badge Dale and Antony Mackie.
Earlier this year, it was announced that Cranston had also joined the cast of Adam Shankman's musical Rock of Ages.
World War Z is expected in cinemas sometime in 2012.
