'The Hunger Games': Jennifer Lawrence's action movie in pictures

Suzanne Collins's best-selling action/sci-fi novel The Hunger Games is the latest hot property to transfer from page to screen with the release of the new movie adaptation.
Jennifer Lawrence leads the cast as Katniss Everdeen, a girl who steps up to take part in an annual televised fight to the death between contestants from each of a post-apocalyptic America's 13 districts.
Josh Hutcherson (Peeta Mellark), Liam Hemsworth (Gale Hawthorne), Elizabeth Banks (Effie Trinket), Stanley Tucci (Caesar Flickerman), Lenny Kravitz (Cinna) and Woody Harrelson (Haymitch Abernathy) co-star in The Hunger Games, which opened in cinemas on March 23.
