Danny Glover is the latest to join the cast of Michel Gondry's latest project, Be Kind, Rewind.
Glover is currently in final talks to appear alongside Jack Black in the film, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Kirsten Dunst, who previously worked with writer/director Gondry on Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, is also in negotiations.
The film will focus on Black's character, a man whose attempts to sabotage a power plant leave him magnetically charged, a condition which erases all the videos at his friend's (Glover) store. The pair must try to keep a prized customer by recreating their favourites, including The Lion KIng and Back to the Future.
Work is expected to begin in September.
