Patrick Wilson lands role in Ridley Scott's 'Prometheus'

According to The Playlist, the Insidious star confirmed during a recent interview that he had already filmed his part in the upcoming epic.
No details about Wilson's character in the film, or the film's plot as a whole. have been released.
Prometheus has been filming for the past few months and boasts an ensemble cast including Noomi Rapace, Michael Fassbender, Charlize Theron, Idris Elba and Guy Pearce.
The first teaser trailer for the Alien spinoff is expected sometime this fall.
Prometheus is due out in UK cinemas on June 1, 2012, and in the US on June 8.
