Mary-Louise Parker in talks for 'R.I.P.D.'

According to Variety, Parker is currently in negotiations to join the Universal production, adapted from Peter Lenkov's line of graphic novels.
If cast, Parker will join an ensemble cast including Ryan Reynolds, Jeff Bridges, Kevin Bacon and the recently-confirmed Stephanie Szostak.
Parker previously worked with Schwentke on his action-espionage film RED, opposite Bruce Willis and Morgan Freeman.
The actress can currently be seen starring in the seventh season of Showtime's long-running comedy Weeds.
