Dominic Cooper, Liv Tyler in talks for 'The Cure'

The film has been gestating in Hollywood since 2009, when The Last House on the Left director Dennis Iliadis was attached to direct.
According to Shock Till You Drop, Cooper and Tyler have been lined up to play the film's two lead characters.
The plot follows a man who takes his dying wife to an unconventional doctor for treatment only to have him miraculously cure her.
However, the couple's happiness is short-lived when the cure has an unintentional side effect of also making her a bloodthirsty killer.
The film has been penned by Beau Thorne, best known for writing the video game adaptation Max Payne.
Cooper is currently starring in drama The Devil's Double, while Tyler most recently appeared opposite Rainn Wilson and Ellen Page in the superhero comedy Super.
