'The Hunger Games' teaser video debuts at MTV VMAs

Oscar nominee Jennifer Lawrence stars in the sci-fi blockbuster as Katniss Everdeen a girl who must represent her district in a televised fight to the death known as the Hunger Games. The movie, the first of a planned four-part franchise, is based on Suzanne Collins's trilogy of best-selling novels.

Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Elizabeth Banks, Woody Harrelson, Lenny Kravitz and Stanley Tucci co-star in The Hunger Games, directed by Seabiscuit helmer Gary Ross.
The Hunger Games will open in cinemas in March 2012.
