Based on David Nicholls's best-selling novel, One Day follows two friends - Emma and Dexter - over the course of their 20-year friendship and romance.
One Day director Lone Scherfig was also in attendance at the UK premiere alongside supporting cast members Romola Garai, Rafe Spall and author Nicholls.
