Kristen Stewart will be "edgy and dark" Snow White, says Taylor Lautner

Taylor Lautner has said that he expects Kristen Stewart to be an "edgy and dark" Snow White in Snow White & The Huntsman.

The Abduction actor told The Hollywood Reporter that he is 'rooting' for his Twilight co-star as well as his girlfriend Lily Collins, who herself will star in Tarsem Singh's rival Snow White project.

"It's tough. I mean, my excuse is they're so different. I can root for them both," Lautner explained.

"Kristen's going to be cool and edgy and dark. It's gonna be something new for her and I think that's really exciting. Lily's gonna be great too. And a completely different feel."

Snow White & The Huntsman stars Stewart alongside Chris Hemsworth as The Huntsman and Charlize Theron as the Evil Queen.

Meanwhile, Collins's Snow White includes Armie Hammer as Prince Andrew Alcott and Sean Bean as the King.

It was recently suggested that Snow White & The Huntsman could become a trilogy.
