The drama, which debuted to mixed reviews in Venice last week, will hold its UK premiere as part of the LFF on October 23.
Asked what films she thinks will bring attention to the 16-day festival, Hebron told Digital Spy: "I think the Madonna film, obviously, because it's directed by Madonna. It's also about a very significant piece of British history that now, thanks to The King's Speech, is much more familiar to people.
"Our opening and closing night films 360 and The Deep Blue Sea will because by putting them in that place we've given them a privileged position.
"In terms of noise, of course the two George Clooney films will make a lot of noise."
Hebron, who will depart as festival director this year, also recommended British films that are "much more under the radar" such as Eddie Marsan's Junkhearts and Dreams of a Life.
