John Malkovich to fight zombies in 'Warm Bodies'

The Dangerous Liaisons actor will be joining Nicholas Hoult, who plays a zombie called R which suffers an existential crisis after devouring his last victim, Variety reports.
Rob Corddry plays R's best friend M, which is the first zombie to follow Hoult's character's lead in rethinking the zombie lifestyle. I Am Number Four actress Teresa Palmer will take on the role of one of R's last victim's girlfriend.
Malkovich is to play a general intent on getting rid of the zombies who have started outnumbering humans in the post-apocalyptic world.
50/50's Jonathan Levine will be directing the adaptation of Issac Marion's novel from his own script.
Levine made his feature debut with the teen horror film All the Boys Love Mandy Lane.
Malkovich, last seen in Transformers: Dark of the Moon, is currently executive producing an adaptation of Stephen Chbosky's The Perks of Being a Wallflower.
