'The Omen' scares 'X-Men' from top
The two-week stint of X-Men: The :Last Stand at the top of the UK box office chart has been ended by The Omen.

John Moore's remake of the 1976 classic took £0.94m in its first weekend, whilst Brett Ratner's comic book sequel mustered £0.88m in its third weekend of release. Meanwhile, The Da Vinci Code remained strong in third place, with Poseidon and United 93 rounding out the top five.

Meanwhile, Robin Williams comedy RV only managed to make it to sixth place.
