Tom Cruise will blow people away in 'Rock of Ages', says Mary J Blige

The hip-hop singer promised that Cruise will not disappoint with his portrayal of ageing rocker Stacee Jaxx in the forthcoming musical adaptation.
"You guys are going to be blown away," Blige told E! Online. "He is insane... he became a rock star. He sang like one, he moved like one, he talked like one. He made us scream when he walked past us."
Blige went on to say that she would love to record music with the 49-year-old actor.
"If he asks, absolutely!" the singer said when asked about any future collaboration with Cruise.
Rock of Ages star Julianne Hough previously praised Cruise's singing ability, saying that the actor has received positive reviews from nearly all of his co-stars.
Meanwhile, in July, Malin Akerman claimed that Cruise could be an opera singer, describing him as a "rock god" in the film.
Cruise was recently confirmed to take on the lead role in One Shot.
