The designer was sued by George Lucas in 2008 after he started making copies of his original design for the Star Wars Dark Side soldiers.
The case later went to the UK Supreme Court, which ruled that Ainsworth could continue selling the replicas in the UK.
He had previously been banned from selling the Stormtroopers in the US, and that ruling was not overturned.
"From next Tuesday, Rough Trade East will be the home of Andrew Ainsworth's stunning Stormtrooper range of replicas," the record shop said on Twitter, before adding that the news is "incredibly exciting".
Rough Trade East is located at the Old Truman Brewery on London's Brick Lane.
