Sandler comedy clicks with US box office

Click ousted Cars from the top of the US box office chart last weekend, taking a secure $40m.
Pixar's Cars, which had enjoyed the top spot for the previous two weeks, slipped to second place with a weekend gross of $22.5m.
Also opening over the weekend was the violent Waist Deep, which debuted at fourth behind Jack Black's Nacho Libre. Action sequel The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift completed the top five.
