'The Avengers' full trailer expected next week

A teaser trailer for the film played at the conclusion of Captain America: The First Avenger, offering fans their first glimpse of the superhero team in action.
The Joss Whedon-directed comic book adaptation boasts an ensemble cast including Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man, Samuel L Jackson as Nick Fury, Chris Evans as Captain America and Chris Hemsworth as Thor.
Also featuring in the film will be Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, Tom Hiddleston as Loki, and Mark Ruffalo as The Hulk.
The Avengers is due out in US and UK cinemas on May 4, 2012.
