The international trailer for Black Gold has debuted.
Jean-Jacques Annaud's (Years in Tibet, Enemy at the Gates) film stars Antonio Banderas, Mark Strong, Tahar Rahim and Slumdog Millionaire's Freida Pinto.
Centred around the oil boom in 1930s Arabia, it tells the tale of an Arab prince caught between his loyalties to his adoptive and biological fathers.
Annaud and Menno Meyjes (Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, The Colour Purple) adapted the screenplay from Hans Ruesch's novel Arab.
The movie was originally named Black Thirst. Its French title is Or Noir.
Warner Bros is distributing in the UK and Europe, but the film is yet to find a US distributor.
