The X-Men: First Class director holds the movie rights to The Secret Service and Superior, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The Secret Service was announced earlier in the week. It will be written by Millar and illustrated by Watchmen artist Dave Gibbons, with Vaughn helping to develop the initial concept.
Both projects are in their early stages, and have no screenwriters attached.
Vaughn is expected to work on the script for The Secret Service himself, possibly with his Kick-Ass and X-Men: First Class collaborator Jane Goldman.
He will supervise the writing of the Superior script, according to sources.
Illustrated by Leinil Yu, Superior follows the adventures of a young boy with Multiple Sclerosis who is granted the power to transform into a superhero.
Millar previously said that he would like to see Jon Hamm cast in the lead role in Superior.
