According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has been cast in a supporting role opposite lead actress Jurnee Smollett.
The Marriage Counselor will follow Smollett's character Judith, who struggles to give advice while coping with marital issues of her own.
Kardashian will portray Judith's co-worker Ava, who tries to help her cope with mounting personal issues.
The reality star has previously had small acting roles in the films Deep in the Valley and Disaster Movie.
The Marriage Counselor has been adapted from Perry's play of the same name.
The film is due to begin production in Atlanta on October 26.
