Kim Kardashian to begin work on Tyler Perry film 'Marriage Counselor'

Kim Kardashian is expected to begin filming The Marriage Counselor.

The reality star was cast in Tyler Perry's next comedy feature film in October.

However, since filing for divorce from husband Kris Humphries, Kardashian has been in hiding, missing the birthdays of both her mother Kris Jenner and her sister Khloe Kardashian's husband Lamar Odom.

Kim will be emerging from hiding in Los Angeles to fly to Atlanta to begin work on the film, People reports.

She will play Ava, a friend of the protagonist Judith. Ava helps Judith get her confidence back after Judith is unfaithful to her husband.

Jenner recently said that Kim needs to take time off, insisting that her daughter simply needs to have a good cry to come to terms with the end of her relationship.
