They will join Colin Farrell, Sam Rockwell and Christoper Walken on the cast of Martin McDonagh's upcoming movie, reports Deadline.
The film stars Farrell as a screenwriter struggling to complete his titular script Seven Psychopaths.
He is drawn into the Los Angeles criminal underworld after his friends Rockwell and Walken encourage him to steal the beloved Shih Tzu of Harrelson's psychotic gangster character.
There has been no word on the roles that veteran musician Waits (The Book of Eli) and Kurylenko (Quantum of Solace) will play.
Mickey Rourke was previously attached to the project, but recently revealed that he had left by calling McDonagh a "jerkoff".
The film reunites the director with his In Bruges producers Graham Broadbent and Peter Czernin.
