'Hunger Games' trailer: Watch Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss Everdeen

The Hunger Games trailer has debuted showing Jennifer Lawrence in action as heroine Katniss Everdeen.
X-Men: First Class actress Lawrence, Oscar-nominated this year (2011) for her role in Winter's Bone, takes on the role of Katniss, a girl who must represent her district in a televised fight to the death known as the 'Hunger Games'.

The movie, the first of a planned four-part franchise, is based on Suzanne Collins's trilogy of best-selling novels.
Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Elizabeth Banks, Woody Harrelson, Lenny Kravitz and Stanley Tucci co-star in The Hunger Games, which opens in cinemas on March 23, 2012.
