John Branca, executor of the Jackson estate, has reportedly approached Ivan Reitman and Tom Pollock's Montecito Picture Company about the possibility of turning the singer's life into a movie.
Pollock told Variety that talks to produce and finance a Jackson movie are in the early stages and a deal has not yet been reached.

Montecito's previous produced movies include the comedies Road Trip and Old School, and dramas Up in the Air and Chloe.
The estate is pushing to make a Michael Jackson movie following the end of Conrad Murray's involuntary manslaughter trial. Murray was found guilty earlier this month (November 7) and is due to be sentenced on November 29.
