Ben Stiller auctions walk-on role for 'Neighbourhood Watch'

Ben Stiller is auctioning off a walk-on movie role for his upcoming comedy Neighbourhood Watch.

The winning bidder will be able to visit the set in Atlanta, Georgia next month to appear in a scene for the film, which will also star Vince Vaughn and Jonah Hill.

The CharityBuzz auction is hoping to pull in at least $20,000 by the time it ends on November 22.

It will also raise money for the star's charity The Ben Stiller Foundation, which helps to provide education for underprivileged children.

Neighbourhood Watch follows a slick city-dweller who moves to the suburbs and discovers a large neighbourhood watch conspiracy.

The IT Crowd's Richard Ayoade will also star in the film.

Ben Stiller is currently working on a follow-up to the cult comedy movie Zoolander.
