Ice Cube is reportedly developing a fourth Friday movie, in which he will star, write, produce and possibly direct.
Witherspoon - who played father Willie Jones in all three Friday films - said he is hoping to reunite with Ice Cube for the project, though nothing has been agreed yet.
"I said, 'Hell yeah! I am ready to do this!'" he told TMZ.
"One thing for sure that I do look forward to seeing on the set is pretty girls. Cube always has [a] bunch [of] fine women on the set. I am an old black man, how could I not look forward to taping with a bunch of pretty girls surrounding the set?"
Ice Cube has also contacted Chris Tucker and Tiny Lister for a possible return to the franchise, after appearing in the 1995 original as Smokey.
