The Darkest Hour has received a new television spot.
The Chris Gorak (Right at Your Door)-directed 3D movie sees a group of five young tourists trapped in Moscow following an invasion by invisible aliens.
They must learn how to detect and combat the creatures in order to survive.
The film stars Emile Hirsch, Olivia Thirlby, Max Minghella, Rachael Taylor and Joel Kinnaman.
The Darkest Hour has suffered a string of delays resulting from wildfires in Russia, with its original August release date pushed back.
Night Watch creator Timur Bekmambetov is producing the film.
The Darkest Hour is now scheduled for release on January 13, 2012.
