The actor explained that the atmosphere on set while shooting Twilight in 2008 was very relaxed because the cast did not anticipate box office success.
"There was a purity doing the first one when we were able to just hang out," Facinelli recalled to Parade.
He continued: "For the last movie, we all decided to stay in the same hotel in Squamish, British Columbia.
"I asked the front desk for [co-star] Kellan Lutz's room number and they wouldn't give it to me! But it's been fun to watch the cast's rise to fame."

Facinelli also joked that his and wife Jennie Garth's two daughters are not phased when he dyes his hair blonde for the Twilight Saga movies.
"The kids didn't even notice. I was like, 'See anything different about me?'" he teased.
Breaking Dawn co-star Nikki Reed recently revealed that the Twilight cast haven't remained as friendly since they've become more famous.
