Peter Jackson completes 'West of Memphis' documentary

The film explores the notorious case of the 'West Memphis Three' killings, in which three young men served 18 years for the murder of three 8-year-olds before the conviction was overturned.
Jackson and his partner Fran Walsh produced the film with Damien Echols and his wife Lorri Davis.
Echols was one of the men formerly convicted of the killings.
Jackson and Walsh's involvement from 2005 was instrumental in drawing renewed attention to the case and having the convictions overturned.
The film was written and directed by Amy Berg (Deliver Us From Evil).
The music of West of Memphis was written by Nick Cave and Warren Ellis.
The filmmakers are currently seeking a distributor for the film.
Jackson's current project is The Hobbit, following on from The Adventures of Tintin which he produced.
