'Cars' overtakes 'Pirates' at UK box office

The Pixar film earned £2.67m over its first weekend, whilst stalwart Pirates was close behind with £2.63m, bringing its total UK gross to £39.28m.
Meanwhile, the previous week's rankings remained stable, with the week's other new entries, Stay Alive and Omkara debuting at eighth and tenth respectively.
