A new UK trailer has been unveiled for Madonna's W.E.
Split over two time periods, the film explores the love affair between King Edward VIII and Wallis Simpson and a contemporary romance between a married woman and a Russian security guard.
Andrea Riseborough, James D'Arcy, Abbie Cornish, Oscar Isaac, Katie McGrath, Richard Coyle and Laurence Fox star in the film.
W.E. divided the critics at its festival showings earlier this year, leading to claims that the film will be re-cut before going on general release.
Earlier this month, it emerged that Madonna has recorded a new ballad with producer William Orbit called 'Masterpiece', which will feature in the film.
W.E. is released in UK cinemas on January 20, 2012 through StudioCanal.
