'Hunger Games' new poster unveiled

A new poster for The Hunger Games has been unveiled.
The poster features stars Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson beneath the tagline: "The world will be watching."

The Hunger Games is set in a future where each of the 12 districts of the nation of Panem are forced to send a boy and a girl to fight to the death for the entertainment of the masses.
Heroine Katniss (Lawrence) is forced to choose between love and survival as she is pitted against combatants who have trained for the games their entire lives.
The film also features Liam Hemsworth, Wes Bentley, Elizabeth Banks, Stanley Tucci, Woody Harrelson, Lenny Kravitz, Toby Jones and Donald Sutherland.
A Hunger Games cookbook was published earlier in December.
Composer Danny Elfman recently departed the project due to a scheduling clash.
The Hunger Games opens in cinemas on March 23, 2012.
