Channing Tatum, Alex Pettyfer strip for 'Magic Mike' - first picture

Steven Soderbergh's male stripper movie Magic Mike has released its first picture.
Channing Tatum, Alex Pettyfer and Matthew McConaughey feature in the teaser image, which sees them decked out in army gear midway through a routine.
The comedy movie is based on Tatum's own experiences as a male stripper before he broke through as an actor in Hollywood. Tatum plays Mike Martingano, who takes Pettyfer's 'The Kid' under his wing to introduce him to the world of stripping.
Matt Bomer, Joe Manganiello and Olivia Munn co-star in Magic Mike, due to open in US cinemas on June 29, 2012.
Director Soderbergh said of the project: "When Channing talked to me about this I thought it was one of the best ideas I'd ever heard for a movie. I said I wanted in immediately.
"We're using Saturday Night Fever as our model, so hopefully we're on the right track."
