The controversial sequel was initially banned by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) in the UK, before being passed with 2 minutes and 37 seconds of cuts.
In Australia, Tom Six's film initally was granted an R18+ certificate, before being banned on review.
A modified version was later passed with an R18+ certificate and will be released on February 23, 2012.
Distributor Bounty Films has now joined forces with Philadelphia-based Breaking Glass Pictures and has seemingly made The Human Centipede 2 in a "completely uncensored and 100% uncut" form.
"This is the first time that the uncut and uncensored version is available anywhere in the world for rental and legal download," the company claimed.
The release marks the beta launch of the company's new video-on demand platform Bountyfilms.com.
While US IP addresses are banned from downloading the film, users in the UK and Australia are seemingly free to do so.
