'Mission: Impossible' tops Aussie box office Top 10 for second week

Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol has held its number one position in the Australian box office chart.
Tom Cruise and Simon Pegg's action blockbuster stays at the top of the charts for a second week, with takings slightly down on its opening week figures of $4,121,596.
Pegg features in both of this week's top two movies as The Adventures of Tintin makes its debut in second place with receipts of $3.9 million.

This week's chart is full of new entries, as animated family film Happy Feet Two enters the chart in third place.
Ensemble action comedy Tower Heist, Steven Spielberg's big-screen adaptation of Michael Morpurgo novel War Horse, Meryl Streep's Margaret Thatcher biopic The Iron Lady, Matt Damon comedy-drama We Bought a Zoo and Shah Rukh Khan's Bollywood action movie Don 2 also appear in the top ten for the first time this week.
The Australian box office top ten in full for the period between December 22 and 28 (figures in Australian dollars):

2. (-) The Adventures of Tintin - $3,909,926
3. (-) Happy Feet Two - $2,422,953
4. (2) Puss in Boots - $2,344,151

7. (3) New Year's Eve - $1,572,556
8. (-) The Iron Lady - $1,436,783
9. (-) We Bought a Zoo - $1,436,236
10. (-) Don 2 - $511,412
