Rachel McAdams: 'I was worried about Channing Tatum chemistry'

Rachel McAdams has confessed that she was apprehensive about her on screen chemistry with Channing Tatum.

The Vow co-stars play a husband and wife who must repair their marriage after an accident and subsequent coma leaves McAdams' Paige character without any recollection of her spouse.

However, the actress revealed that she and Tatum have a sibling relationship in real life which was hard to transition from once the cameras began rolling.

"I was worried we might not [have onscreen chemistry], because we were more like brother and sister, like buds," she told Glamour.

"[But] Channing is very outgoing, very kind and a lot of fun to work with."

McAdams, who is currently dating her Midnight in Paris co-star Michael Sheen, went on to say that film sets are not the most romantic place in the world, adding: "A set may seem like a good place for romance, but I don't think it's very conducive.

"It's too distracting. Every relationship I've had with a coworker has come after the fact, because you wind up actually spending a lot of time with those people promoting the movie."
