'Hunger Games' star Liam Hemsworth joins 'Empire State'

The Hunger Games star will play Chris in the forthcoming heist movie from scribe Adam Mazer (Breach), according to Deadline.
Meanwhile, the website also reports that Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson is in negotiations to star in the film as well. The WWE star would portray a character named Ransone.
In September, Hemsworth joined the cast of The Expendables 2. The actor will play a sniper in the highly-anticipated action movie.
Johnson announced plans in August to executive produce a new wrestling drama for NBC alongside Jerry Bruckheimer.
