'Djinn': Watch 'Poltergeist' director Tobe Hooper's new film trailer

The first trailer for Djinn has debuted.
The film is helmed by Poltergeist director Tobe Hooper.
Centring on a haunting of a different kind, the movie sees a young couple (Khalid Laith and Razane Jammal) return home to the United Arab Emirates after many years of living in the US.
After a series of strange goings-on, they discover that their new apartment building was raised on the site of an old village which was abandoned after being haunted by a Djinn (otherwise known as a genie).
Hooper is also known as the director of cult classic The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
Djinn is yet to receive an official release date.
