'Gossip Girl's Aaron Tveit joins 'Les Miserables'

The Gossip Girl actor will play rebellion leader Enjolras in director Tom Hooper (The King's Speech) adaptation, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
He joins Hugh Jackman as convicted bread thief Jean Valjean and Russell Crowe as his foe Inspector Javert.
Anne Hathaway, Amanda Seyfried and Eddie Redmayne have also been confirmed amongst the cast, with Sacha Baron Cohen, country musician Taylor Swift and Helena Bonham Carter rumoured to be involved.
Tveit is also known for his role opposite James Franco in Howl and in Next to Normal on Broadway.
Redmayne, who will play Marius in the film, has said that the cast is "amazing".
Les Misérables will open in cinemas on December 7, 2012.
