Al Pacino, Christopher Walken join action comedy 'Stand Up Guys'

Al Pacino, Christopher Walken and Alan Arkin will star in Stand Up Guys, it has been announced.


The three Hollywood veterans will appear in the action comedy project from director Fisher Stevens, says The Hollywood Reporter.
The film is expected to begin shooting in Los Angeles in early April. It follows two ageing criminals who have one last night of fun after one of them is hired to kill his friend.
The project was previously titled Old Timers. It will be produced by Sidney Kimmel, Gary Lucchessi, Tom Rosenberg and Jim Tauber.
Pacino and Walken have previously appeared together in Gigli, while Pacino starred alongside Arkin in Glengarry Glen Ross. Arkin has also appeared with Walken in 2001's America's Sweethearts.
Al Pacino is to star as Phil Spector in the HBO Films project about the music producer.
