Joel Edgerton and Jessica Chastain will star together in a double feature.
The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby: His and The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby: Hers are two standalone movies that explore a New York couple's troubled marriage from two different perspectives.

Hers follows Chastain (The Help, The Tree of Life) as a woman who decides to return to college.
His will focus on the perspective of The Thing actor Edgerton's restaurant owner husband.
William Hurt is believed to be in negotiations to appear in the films.
Edgerton and Chastain are also lined up to appear in Kathryn Bigelow's Osama Bin Laden movie together.
The scriptwriter Ned Benson (In Defiance of Gravity) will also direct both films.
