'Woman in Black's Jane Goldman adapts 'Nonplayer'

Jane Goldman is working on an adaptation of Nonplayer for Warner Bros.
The Woman in Black and X-Men: First Class writer is working on a script based on the Eisner Award-winning Image Comics series, reports The Playlist.


Goldman also revealed that she was not officially signed up to work on the X-Men sequel.
"That's not certain yet," she said. "But I'd like to, and [Matthew Vaughn] would like me to.
"I'm working on a sci-fi project for [Warner Bros]," she continued. "It's called Nonplayer, an adaptation of a really wonderful comic that just won the Eisner for [Promising] Newcomer.
"It's futuristic, it's incredible. Science fiction is not a genre I'm used to [writing], but it's my favourite."
Video game designer Nate Simpson's Nonplayer centres on a young woman for whom the distinction between her favourite fantasy MMORPG and reality begin to blur.
Goldman's husband Jonathan Ross recently revealed that the pair are considering having a fourth child.
