Lee Ryan 'pitching World War II romance movie The Orange Tree'

The former boyband member has been pitching a script entitled The Orange Tree to a number of Hollywood producers and is considering A-list actors to take starring roles.
"Lee is serious about getting his screenplay produced," a source told the Daily Star. "The Orange Tree is about love and heartbreak during the Second World War.
"He says he's in talks with the head of Fox in Italy to have it made and has already started thinking about big names that could get the project off the ground."
Ryan claimed in 2010 to have been given Tom Cruise's 'production number' after offering his screenplays to the actor on Twitter.
The 'All Rise' singer previously appeared in gangster film The Heavy back in 2008.
