Quidditch scenes cut from Potter film

The move has angered Potter fans, but film bosses insist the action is not essential to the plot, and would have to be axed to save time.
A spokesman for the studio told The Sun: "It would be wonderful to include every single page of the book. But as with all Harry Potter films, elements have had to be omitted."
The Harry Potter website has been inundated with complaints, with a typical response reading: "This makes me mad. I loved that part in the book and Quidditch plays a pretty big part."
