'Dupree' moves into UK box office

You, Me and Dupree debuted at the top of the UK box office chart last weekend.
The comedy earned £1.64m over its first three days, relegating former number one Snakes on a Plane into second place with £0.70m.
Dead Man's Chest still remained firm in third place, followed by animations Cars and Monster House in fourth and fifth places.
The week's other new entries, Severance and Volver, failed to trouble those at the top of the chart, entering at seventh and eight respectively.

2. (1) Snakes on a Plane - £0.70m
3. (3) Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest - $0.63m
4. (2) Cars - £0.56m
5. (4) Monster House - £0.53m
6. (5) John Tucker Must Die - £0.51m
7. (-) Severance - £0.48m
8. (-) Volver - £0.43m
9. (7) Miami Vice - £0.33m
10. (6) Nacho Libre - £0.31m
