Quentin Tarantino's 'Django Unchained' casts Evan Parke

The Jamaican actor has signed up for an unspecified role in the spaghetti western starring Jamie Foxx and Leonardo DiCaprio, reports Deadline.
Parke is perhaps best known for his role as Ben Hayes in Peter Jackson's King Kong remake. He has also appeared in a number of TV shows, including Desperate Housewives, The Young and the Restless and Without a Trace.
Samuel L. Jackson, Christoph Waltz and Kurt Russell are also among the cast of the upcoming project. Borat star Sacha Baron Cohen joined the cast as Scotty in November.
Joseph Gordon-Levitt was rumoured to have landed a role in the film last year, but his participation has yet to be officially confirmed.
Django Unchained will be released on December 25, 2012 in the US and on the following day in the UK.
