Sir Tom Jones has said that Adele would be the "perfect choice" to record the theme to James Bond movie Skyfall.
The Welsh musician, who performed the theme to 1965 entry Thunderball, expressed excitement at rumours linking the 'Someone Like You' singer to the Daniel Craig-starring franchise.

"I was 22 when I did the Thunderball song and it changed my career," he recalled to The Sun. "And [it] was a huge honour.
"Not that she needs it, but Adele would be the perfect choice for doing Skyfall."
Adele was first tipped to perform the Skyfall song in September, when she admitted that her next project would be a "theme".

The 21 star picked up six Grammy Awards at this year's ceremony, matching Beyoncé's 2010 record for most wins by a female in one night.
Skyfall is directed by Sam Mendes and also stars Judi Dench, Ralph Fiennes, Ben Whishaw, Bérénice Marlohe, Naomie Harris, Helen McCrory and Javier Bardem. It will open in cinemas on October 26.
