Taylor Lautner has said that the end of the Twilight series is "bittersweet".
The actor, who plays werewolf Jacob in the adaptations of the vampire novels, told Metro that he felt sad when filming ended on Breaking Dawn Part 2.

Asked if he will be relieved when the series finishes, Lautner said: "Yes and no. It's a bittersweet feeling because it's been a huge part of our lives for so long.
"It was a bummer when we finished filming. At least we can promote them together for the next two years."
On why the franchise has such an effect on its female fans, he added: "I don't know. It's the books these girls have fallen in love with and the characters Stephenie Meyer has created.
"The fact they can now see these characters visually in front of them is overwhelming for some of the fans."
Lautner recently said that he is "used to the screaming and the occasional grabbing" from Twilight fans, adding that he can "understand" their passion.
Studio Lionsgate recently suggested that the Twilight film series may continue after Breaking Dawn Part 2, despite it being the final adaptation of Meyer's novels.
He also suggested that the books may be adapted into a TV series.
