'The Amazing Spider-Man' first clip unveiled - video

The video shows Peter Parker, played by Andrew Garfield, meeting the doorman of Gwen Stacy (Emma Stone).
The film, directed by Marc Webb, follows Peter as he discovers a mysterious briefcase and begins to investigate the disappearance of his parents.
The teenager must deal with new superpowers and his blossoming romance with classmate Gwen.
Rhys Ifans, Martin Sheen, Sally Field and Denis Leary also star in the summer blockbuster.
"It's really important for us to be able to communicate that this isn't a remake of Sam Raimi's movie," director Webb said recently. "There's a new territory, there's a new villain, it's a different Peter Parker.
"My aim was to create a world where you could feel all those emotions. There are certainly darker, more intense feelings in this movie. There is betrayal, there is tragedy, but there's also humour and romance."
The Amazing Spider-Man will be released on 3D, IMAX and conventional screens on July 3 worldwide.
