Zach Braff has had to put his latest movie on hold, after failing to gather a cast for it.
The Scrubs star has adapted a Danish film, called Open Hearts, in an attempt to follow up his directorial debut Garden State. However, he is struggling to find the right actors to play the roles demanded by the screenplay, and consequently has shelved the project.
"There is always pressure, but I'm going to do something that isn't anything like Garden State," he told Moviehole.net. "[Open Hearts is[ a really dark drama about a car accident and the way the accident affects all the people involved in it. I was going to do it this summer, but since I couldn't get my top people I'm waiting until next summer."
